Train your team

Here, learning takes place in the classroom and in the field. The Academy partners with employers to provide hands-on training for their teams with our Superintendent Training courses. Through our classroom curriculum, our hands-on building lab, and work in the field, students learn knowledge, skills and best practices directly from industry experts. They understand the reality, rigors and rewards of a career in the homebuilding industry. Our Superintendent Training courses offer innovative, industry-driven content with contributions from faculty at University of Denver – Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management.

Hire our graduates

The Academy partners with employers who would like to hire graduates from our Construction Skills Bootcamp and Infrastructure Bootcamp courses. These intensive courses with small class-sizes focus on hands-on training to provide real-world skills to our students.
