Basics in Electrical Construction

Overview

Electricians are problem-solvers.
They use specialized hand tools, drills, and diagnostic
tools to install and repair complex electrical wiring systems.

As an electrician, you can specialize in repairing power outages, laying wiring for new buildings or troubleshooting electrical issues. In this course, you will learn the fundamentals of electrical tools and materials as well as have exposure to electrical blueprints and basic circuitry. Colorado needs workers in electrical contracting. These fundamental skills will prove valuable to your career in the booming construction industry.

Students Will Learn:

  • Solid Foundation In The Basics of Electrical Construction Skills
  • 24 hours of pre-apprentice skills
  • If you have the HBI PACT Core Certificate, upon completion of this Basics of Electrical Program you will be eligible for the HBI Electrical Certificate
